Information for certificate (for, from, and personalized message) must be entered into the "Shipping Notes" section during check-out. Personalized messages must be 50 characters or less.
***To mail Gift Certificate directly to recipient, include recipient's name and address in the "Shipping Address" section during check-out.
***To mail Gift Certificate to the purchaser, recipient's name MUST be included in the "Shipping Notes" section during check out.
*To claim credit for Slumpy’s Gift Certificate, please visit www.slumpys.com or call Toll Free 1-866-SLUMPYS (758-6797). To redeem online, login to your account (or create a new Slumpy’s account), proceed to check out, and include GC CODE in the “Shipping Notes” section during check out. Credit will be applied to purchase prior to billing. If purchase is less than the value of the Gift Certificate, a credit will be applied to your account. Slumpy’s Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificate expires one year from date of purchase.
