Fusible Art Glass

All of Slumpy’s Fusible Art Glass products are Spectrum System 96 and Uroboros 96 compliant. System 96 is a family of heat compliant glass products that have been designed and tested for compatibility in working together both technically and artistically in every facet of the warm glass arts. System96 glass is a great product for hot glass applications, whether you are fusing, slumping or doing flame work. Slumpy’s standardized on System 96 glass for a number of different reasons including (1) glass is perfect for the beginner and outstanding for the professional; (2) glass is soft and forgiving to cut; (3) size and surfaces are largely smooth and uniform; (4) colors are bright, consistent, and tolerate multiple firings without a blemish;, (5) “de-vit” is practically non-existent as the glass is designed to be remelted. Sheet Glass Slumpy's carries Spectrum's System 96 tested compatible sheet glass for the hot glass arts. Tested Compatible glasses are fundamentally different in their basic chemistries, designed to deliver an excellent working range and superior stability for glass fusing, slumping and other Hot-Glass pursuits.	T-Glass System 96 “T-Glass” is always 100% tested-compatible. The “T” stands for “Transition,” so named because it is often produced as glass production is shifted from one product to another in manufacture.
